Breek.gr v2.2: The Documents Update
Today, the version 2.2 of Breek.gr is now generally available. You can now find all the documents you have attached to properties centrally in the Documents section. This new section has a plethora of options and filters to easily find the documents you are looking for by upload date, category and subcategory, and file name. You can now also attach multiple documents to each property in one go, which makes it much easier to create and enrich the digital folders of the properties you manage. As with any upgrade, version 2.2 includes many improvements based on our team’s ongoing discussions with Breek.gr members.
Version 2.2 is only the beginning of the ongoing extensive overhaul of the Breek.gr subsystem for document management. In the next version (v2.3, to be released in June), document management will be extended to the attached documents of all records: properties (houses and ), buildings and complexes, tasks, financial transactions, tenancies and concessions.
Within the next few weeks we will activate the first AI features of Breek.gr for automatic categorization, description and descriptive title creation for documents attached to properties with an active Monitor tier subscription, so that you can find what you are looking for even faster, without even having to open the file or its preview (valid for PDF, DOC/DOCX, ODT files).
