Updated Custom package, without the limitation of 50 total properties
Recent new members of Breek.gr with a total number of properties exceeding the 50-property limit of the old Custom 50 package have already appreciated our flexible and affordable subscription model. To facilitate our interested customers with a correspondingly large property portfolio, we have expanded the Custom subscription package to a total of up to 1,000 properties with the Capture tier (for digital property file management) and/or the Monitor tier (for digital property folder management with more information and full management of leases/concessions, tasks, and financial transactions, as well as additional features).
Starting today, the new pricing model of the Custom subscription package is now available for everyone. On the Subscriptions per user page, you can now compose your own custom package of Capture and/or Monitor subscription tiers and see the monthly or annual price for up to 1,000 properties in your account. Our subscription model remains flexible and affordable, with the aim of “disappearing” in relation to the monthly income of a property owner (from rents) or of a property manager (from commissions on rents, or flat-rate per-property management fees).
Our new model offers significant savings per property as your portfolio grows. The monthly subscription is determined by the combination of the number of properties with each tier and offers double-digit percentage savings on the subscription reference price of each tier per property , especially for our members such as ABIAN Property Management with hundreds of properties under management. The 2 free months per year with annual billing remain in effect.
Price harmonization of the Basic 2/5 and Pro 5/10 packages
The prices of the Basic 2/5 and Pro 5/10 subcription packages have now been harmonized with the pricing formula behind the Custom subscription package, and remain affordable for self-managing property owners, as well as for new or part-time property managers with up to 10 properties under management (Monitor ) plus 5 with a digital property folder (Capture ).
The trial package Free 4/1 remains available and is automatically activated with each new registration on Breek.gr . As a new member of Breek.gr, you can manage the digital folder of up to 5 properties for one year from your registration at no cost (or obligation to continue). Of these properties, you can upgrade one to the Monitor tier to try out the full range of Breek.gr’s evolving property-management features.
Upcoming summer upgrades
The Breek.gr team continues to improve the software throughout the summer. In August we will have another upgrade, this time to the lease/concession management subsystem. Read more about the upgrade plan for the next three months in the Breek.gr blog post about version 2.4 .
