Multiple roles per user
Owner, manager, or tenant? Look at the data from a different perspective
Each user account on Breek.gr can assume one of three different roles, thus having different access to the property data. The access depends on the relationship between the account and the property. This allows owners to access their property information and be informed at any time about anything they are interested in, as well as appoint or revoke an administrator through Breek.gr.
Financial performance overview
Key financial and operational indicators available at a glance
Each outstanding rent payment record is automatically associated with the property, enriches its financial data, and is used to calculate performance indicators in the overview. The same applies to any income and expense that the manager records and correlates with the lease. Thus, depending on his role, each user can gain full awareness of the financial performance of the properties he manages or owns by automatically utilizing data that the manager adds.
Utilisation management
Access to rental and tenant data at any time
Manage property utilization with leases, track and send reminders for rent payments, record expenses, and handle tenant and landlord requests, all in one place. Users who are designated as owners of a property have read-only access to its leases and related transactions.
Managing tasks and requests
Transparency of the status and progress of work on properties
If you organise renovation, maintenance or manage other requests for interventions in properties, managing work through Breek.gr highlights your professionalism, helps you to get results more easily, and offers the possibility for property owners to be informed without disturbing you. By designating other users as owners of a property, they can monitor the status and progress of tasks and receive automatic notification when a task is created, changes status, or is completed.
