New tasks and their changing status, upcoming and soon-to-expire tenancies, documents and inventory warranties that have expired or are about to expire, new contacts, and inventory items requiring periodic maintenance. If something requires your attention you will receive an email notification or reminder.

In the attachments table of each property and property group you can mark the expiry date of an attachment. According to your settings, the system will send you an email notification 1 to 7, 14, 30, 60 or 90 days before the expiry date, so you won’t be surprised.
