Make inventory a breeze
When the property is upgraded to the Monitor subscription, the Inventory section is activated, in which you can enter all the objects that make up the equipment and contents of the property. These are usually items which will show wear and tear during a lease, and thus the need to manage maintenance or repair work, and expenses.
Inventory everything
Equipment of any kind, with or without a warranty document
Choose one of the 13 available categories of items to organise the inventory records of the property: electrical and electronic appliances, decorative items, fitness equipment, flooring, carpets and rugs, furniture, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, gardening, tools and lighting. If any of these have a warranty in effect, upload its record and note when it expires so that you can be notified by the system before it expires.
Periodic maintenance
Let the system suggest maintenance tasks in time
Select the suggested maintenance period for each item, and record the date of the last maintenance. Breek.gr will generate an automatic reminder for the next scheduled maintenance date a few days before the due date, according to your account’s notification settings.

Digital archive of property data and information
The photo of the intercom wiring. The router settings. The dishwasher user manual. The maintenance instructions for the tumble dryer. The booklet with the assembly instructions for the drawer unit. All of these and more, in addition to the property’s equipment warranties, can be attached to the property, building or complex, and be ready for preview or retrieval at any time.
