By upgrading a property to Monitor tier management functionality, the ability to record and manage financial transactions associated with the property, its leases and operations is enabled.

Key indicators, available at a glance
Each outstanding rent payment record is automatically associated with the property, enriches its financial data, and is used to calculate performance indicators in the overview. The same is true for any income and expense you record and correlate with the lease. This gives you full awareness of the financial performance of the property’s utilization, automatically utilizing data you have already added.
Payment status checks
Mark the completed financial transactions with one click
Any new financial transaction that you record or that is automatically created (such as an upcoming rent payment) is defined as pending. With the confirmation button you can mark it as complete with one click, so that it no longer distracts you, after you apply the corresponding filters to the list of transactions.

Quick preview of every transaction’s basic information
Each transaction entry is characterised by its type, its status, and its settlement details. This data is used to quickly and easily find transactions with the filters, without feeling like searching for a needle in a haystack.

By applying criteria based on transaction data and their relations to other records, you can narrow down the list of financial transactions based on the relevant property, the relevant task, the time period and the transaction status. You no longer have to search linearly through files and papers to find what you need, even if the transaction you’re looking for is old and forgotten.

If you have entered financial transactions related to a task, you can switch from the task entry to the list of related transactions with two clicks. This saves you from having to flip through files and papers to find information when you want to check the operational and financial issues in property management.
