For both tiers (Capture, Monitor), the subscription is billed:

• On an annual calendar basis for ordering a single (1) individual license, with a preferential price equivalent to two (2) free months per calendar year.

• On a monthly calendar basis for ordering a package of at least five (5) licenses.

To create a new property listing on Breek.gr, you need to have at least one available license on your account, either from the Capture tier or the Monitor tier.

If you have licenses for both tiers, the property will automatically be associated with a Capture subscription. If you only have Monitor tier licenses, the property will be automatically associated with one of them.

Breek.gr complies with Regulation 2016/679/EU, i.e., the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as well as with all laws governing data processing, such as, for example, Law 3471/2006 regarding the processing of personal data for communication purposes, and the decisions and directives of the competent Authorities.

In order to enable property management and participation in operational processes from anywhere and at any time, data is stored on servers within the European Union, the provider of which also complies with the GDPR, as it operates within the EU.
