We are excited to welcome KAMAI GROUP to Breek.gr ! Following a presentation by our “Head of Product” Isaac Tsalikoglou and a tour of the software with KAMAI’s first Property Manager, the owner and director, Mr. Thomas Samaras, decided to digitize the management of a portfolio with a three-digit number of properties for sale, rent, and under construction.
Mr. Samaras, an experienced “old-timer” in the digitalization of accounting and management procedures, showed interest in Breek.gr over a year ago. He saw a concept demo of our web app and provided feedback that we incorporated during the software’s development.
Early on, he grasped the potential of property management with Breek.gr for KAMAI, enhancing the company’s brand towards its primarily Central European clientele. Breek.gr thus becomes the digital meeting point for luxury property buyers, even during the construction phase. Tasks and payments are recorded, and the digital file of the property is gradually enriched from the moment of its “birth,” with all data organized and accessible from anywhere–and not only in Greek.
This creates fertile ground for parallel growth of KAMAI’s business activities through the provision of management services (both operational and financial), organized via Breek.gr, even after the sale of a property.
With KAMAI GROUP’s Property Manager starting to use Breek.gr, the three complexes of The Height Project , each consisting of 8 luxury villas under development, are now among the properties managed digitally by KAMAI.
With the property grouping function in buildings and complexes of the software (web app), organizing and finding key information becomes much easier, allowing KAMAI to manage more properties with far better customer service than any alternative “traditional” method (i.e., “pen and paper”).
In this case, KAMAI GROUP, as a real estate developer, uses Breek.gr not only for managing existing apartments and houses but also for managing relationships with its international clients by providing updates on the status of their investment through the application.
